Acquisition and Sale
We represent clients in projects that have included residential and commercial subdivisions and condominiums, planned unit developments, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, office developments, industrial buildings, and hotels. We have represented our clients in numerous Michigan real estate transactions. We represent clients through every step of the acquisition process, including initial acquisition, due diligence, project financing, sales and leasing, and disposition. We are with you every step of the way as needed.
Development
Our capabilities in real estate development cover virtually every form of commercial and industrial property: office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, commercial and industrial buildings, and assemblage. Because of our significant zoning and land use practice, we are able to combine our transactional expertise with governmental approval expertise to take a project from vision to completion.
